- meeting with a lawyer in the law firm office, specification of needs, familiarization a lawyer with the legal grounds and familiarization the client with all the legal questions
- communication with a lawyer on-line in the course of solving legal questions
- preparation of the required documentation according to needs of a client (e.g. purchase contract, deed of gift, rental agreement, contract on future contract, agreement on transmission of a member’s rights and obligations, contract concerning easement or pledge etc.)
- drafting of any additional legal documentation related to the service

- verification of obtained titles and appropriate documents on the proprietorship, due diligence of the real estate and submission to the client the report on legal state of the realty
- communication with a lawyer in the course of solving legal questions
- preparation of the required documentation according to needs of a client (e.g. purchase contract, deed of gift, rental agreement, contract on the future purchase contract, agreement on transmission of a member’s rights and obligations, contract concerning easement or pledge etc.)
- drafting of any additional legal documentation related to the service
